Information on the processing of personal data for profiling purposes -

1. Data Controller:

The Data Controller is the company Media Prospect S.h.pk. (hereinafter also referred to as “Controller”), headquartered at Rruga “Dibres” Njesia bashkiake Nr.4, Zona Kadastrale me nr.8140, 1007, Tirana, Albania. The Controller provides the data subject, i.e., the person to whom the data relates, with the following information in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of European Regulation No. 2016/679, to describe the characteristics of the processing of the personal data provided, the purposes for which they are collected, and the measures adopted to ensure their protection, as well as the data subject’s rights.

1. Nature of data provision (mandatory or optional)

The provision of data (described below in paragraph 4) required for profiling purposes (see paragraph 3) is optional and will only occur with the explicit and informed consent of the data subject. Refusal to consent will prevent the Controller from sending personalized communications to the data subject regarding services offered by the platform and/or authorized third parties (see the list of partners).

1. Purpose of processing:

The purpose of processing, subject to specific consent, is profiling through automated processing tools for direct and indirect marketing activities. By combining the information provided, the Controller can create a commercial and behavioral profile of the data subject. Specifically, this profiling activity involves recording and verifying data from data subjects to analyze and classify them into homogeneous categories (e.g., based on interests, browsing habits, purchasing preferences) to send targeted or personalized communications and improve marketing campaign effectiveness. This processing may include observing online behavior, confirming interest in certain service categories and/or specific offers through direct contact, and analyzing interactions with emails, websites, blogs, and social networks managed or used by Media Prospect S.h.pk.

1. Categories of recipients:

The data collected will be sent to the following categories of recipients: duly trained and authorized internal staff, IT service providers, mailing platforms, marketing and lead generation service providers, clients and sponsors, professionals or consulting companies, public authorities, or supervisory bodies.

The Controller will use the collected data for the purposes outlined in point 5 for a maximum period of 3 years from the date of specific consent.

Technical assistance: prevention of IT infrastructure vulnerabilities.
Training: prevention of data misuse.
Access logging: prevention of unauthorized access.
Periodic maintenance: prevention of hardware malfunctions.
