A formal agreement between Tesla and Zoom has just been made public in order to integrate video conferencing into Tesla automobiles.
Tesla has made significant investments in features over the past few years with the goal of improving the in-car experience once its cars are self-driving.
It is about in-car video games and Tesla Theater, which incorporates Netflix and Hulu streaming services right into the main display of Tesla vehicles.
These capabilities are only employed when the vehicles are parked, especially when charging, until the self-driving system becomes a reality, which has been postponed multiple times in Tesla’s instance.
In a new relationship with Zoom, Tesla is taking native applications a step further. During its Zoomtopia event, the videoconferencing software announced an official interface with Tesla.
During the videoconferencing a Zoom representative verified the news:
“I can confirm that the Zoom integration for Tesla will be available on all new Tesla models soon.”
So, if you’re in a hurry and can’t attend the meeting from your office, don’t worry; Tesla has your back. But don’t forget a small detail: You will need the latest Tesla to do this.
